Nennius was an 8th century
British monk who copied older
documents from old Welsh into Latin. The documents covered
Early British history
from approx the year 1400 BC to the time of Vortigern
and the Anglo Saxon incursions of the 6th century AD,
some two thousand years of ancient history.
